Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Leela Gold, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our process for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer care team immediately at +919895095390. If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery at the time of receipt and contact us for a refund as per our return policy.
1.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellation
For COD orders, you can cancel before shipment with no charges. If you refuse delivery after shipment, the ₹50 COD handling charge will be deducted from any refund.
2. Returns
2.1 Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic health supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: Product received in physically damaged condition
- Defective Product: Product found to be defective or spoiled
- Wrong Product: Incorrect product shipped to you
- Missing Items: Order received with missing products
2.2 Return Timeline
You must report any issues within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery by contacting our customer care at +919895095390 with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
2.3 Return Process
- Contact customer care at +919895095390 within 48 hours
- Provide order number, photos of the damaged/defective product, and packaging
- Our team will verify your claim and provide return instructions
- Return the product in its original packaging with all contents
- Do not open or use the product if you intend to return it
2.4 Return Conditions
- Products must be unopened and unused
- Original packaging and seals must be intact
- All items, labels, and invoice must be included
- Product must be returned within 7 days of receiving return authorization
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for:
- Cancelled orders (before shipment)
- Damaged, defective, or wrong products (verified by our team)
- Non-delivery due to courier failure (after investigation)
3.2 Refund Processing Time
- Online Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet).
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You must provide your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name).
- Bank Processing Time: It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
3.3 Refund Amount
- Full refund for damaged/defective products (including shipping charges if applicable)
- Cancellations before shipment: Full refund
- COD orders refused after shipment: Refund minus ₹50 COD handling charge
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is from our side
3.4 Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after 7 days without authorization
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
4. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product for damaged or defective items. Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost once we verify the issue.
